EZT PM Privacy Policy
HyperQb Sdn Bhd built the EZT PM app. This service is managed by EZT Group at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile, DOB, ICNO, GENDER. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
1. Our app allows users to capture photos or videos from their device to report a defect issue related to their property. These media files are transmitted to the property management team for issue resolution.
2. Users can upload images or videos from their device’s gallery to report defect issues to the property management team. These files are used solely for reporting and resolving issues.
3. Users have the capability to modify photos, media content, and files before submitting them to the system. This feature is intended to help users provide the most accurate and relevant information regarding defect issues.
4. The app offers an option for users to record voice messages to report issues and communicate with the support team. These voice recordings are used for issue resolution and communication.
5. Users can open our app or navigate to other applications, such as email, to facilitate easier communication and interaction with our support services.
6. The app may obtain user location information to suggest relevant property information and provide better marketing options. This data helps us offer services and information that are more pertinent to the user’s location.
7. To enhance marketing objectives and suggest property information that is near the user, the app may collect location information via GPS. This data helps us tailor our recommendations and offers.
8. The app may read and save contact numbers into the user’s photo book to streamline communication with the support team. This information is used to facilitate better and more efficient interaction with our services.
